#1 - This PAR 5,
dog-leg left, plays 481 yards from the blue tees and 471
from the red tees. We recommend setting up at the dog-leg,
but the more risky golfer may choose to try to punch it
through the tree line on the left before the dog-leg.
This green is medium speed. Prepare yourself for the small
rise at the front of the green for the most effective
play. |
 |
#2
- This PAR 4, left fading fairway, plays 287 yards from
the blue tees and 277 from the red tees. This fairway is
pretty open. Beware of the tree line on the left side
of the fairway, and the small rises around the trees.
This green is medium speed. Prepare yourself for the small
rise at the front left side of the green, and the harsh
tree line behind the green. Go in there, and your ball
is forever gone to the squirrels. |
 |
#3 - This PAR 5, right
fading fairway, plays 431 yards from the blue tees and
409 from the red tees. This fairway is nice and open if
you are trying to set up for the approach shot. Beware
of the tree line on the right side of the fairway if you
are going for the kill. Once you have cleared the tree
line, its all open fairway up to the green. This green
is medium speed. |
 |
#4
- This PAR 4 hole fades to the left at the water hazard.
It plays 364 yards from the blue tees and 341 from the
red tees. This fairway is nice and open if you are trying
to set up for the approach shot. If you want to play it
safe, you can set up your approach shot on the left side
of the fairway to help avoid the water hazard. If you
approach from the right side you will have more of the
wet stuff to content with. This green plays medium to
fast. |
 |
#5
- This PAR 4 hole is pretty straight forward. It plays
359 yards from the blue tees and 336 from the red tees. This
fairway is open but you need to beware of a couple of
trees located to the front right side of the tee box.
If you try to go over them, and make it, you should be
in good shape. If you play a bit more conservatively,
you should setup for the approach shot by going center
fairway off the tee box. Small rises on each side of the
green can help, or hurt your short game. This green plays
medium speed. |
 |
#6
- This PAR 4 hole doglegs to the left at the approach
point. It plays 371 yards from the blue tees and 348 from
the red tees. This fairway is nice and wide, and it has
very few obstacles to leave you hurting as you approach
the green. There are a few trees to look out for on the
left side of the fairway which are right in line with
the pin from the tee box. Small rises on left side of
the green can help, or hurt your short game. This green
plays medium speed. |
 |
#7
- This PAR 3 hole dog-legs to the left at the approach
point. It plays 146 yards from the blue tees and 121 from
the red tees. This fairway is nice and wide, and it has
one tricky tree that lines up dead center with the pin
from the tee box. There on more tree on the left side
of the fairway which might get in your way as well. A
small rise on left side of the green can help, or hurt
your short game. This green plays medium speed. |
 |
#8
- This PAR 4 hole dog-legs to the right at the approach
point. It plays 285 yards from the blue tees and 276 from
the red tees. This fairway shot from the tee box is pretty
tight. Trees are closing in on you as the fairway opens
up. Once you are in the fairway it is smooth sailing up
to the dog-leg. There are a few trees on the right side
right at the dog-leg that pose a substantial threat to
your game. If you try to lay it up on the approach point
at the dog-leg, you are going to be golden. There are
no obstacles from the approach to the green to give you
trouble. There are small rises surrounding the green,
and the green rolls off to the right. This green plays
medium speed. |

Time |
Snack
Time - When you have finished the 8th
hole you will be back at the clubhouse. We realize that
most courses take you to the house on the 9th hole, but
we want to keep you happy, fed, and a cold beverage in
your hand. You are so important to us that we don't want
you going hungry or thirsty. Stop
off at our clubhouse and grab a hotdog
or other snack and a cold cherry limeade. There are still
thirteen holes to play, so get yourself ready. |
 |
#9
- This PAR 4 doglegs to the left. It plays 255 yards from
the blue tees and 215 from the red tees. This fairway is
pretty open but the drought is over on this hole. This
might be the time to break out with the old range ball
if you are not an A or B player. There is plenty of water
to gobble up your ball if you aren't careful and conservative.
Aiming to the right side of the bridge for the approach
shot might be helpful. Once you have crossed the water
your are in pretty safe shape. There are no significant
rises around the green to alter your approach shot to
the green. This green plays a bit faster than most. |
 |
#10
- This PAR 3 is a straight away shot from the tee box.
It plays 117 yards from the blue tees and 107 from the
red tees. This fairway is relatively open from the tee
box, and the green is pretty flat. There is a slight rise
on the left side of the green to be aware of. This green
is faster than most. |
 |
#11
- This PAR 4 is a straight away shot from the tee box.
It plays 340 yards from the blue tees and 308 from the
red tees. This fairway is WIDE open from the tee box, except
for one gigantic stand alone tree. If you don't keep your
eye on this big guy, he'll slap your ball right out of
the air. The green gently slopes to the right. This green
is medium speed. |
 |
#A
TEXAS BONUS - This PAR 3 starts at an
elevated tee box which forces you to clear a substantial
water hazard. It plays 186 yards from the blue tees and
155 from the red tees. Once you clear the water hazard
below, the grass is greener on the other side. Gentle
rises surround this green. This green is medium speed. |
 |
#B
TEXAS BONUS - This PAR 5 is one long
hole. This hole dog-legs HARD right (more than 90 degrees
from the approach point). It plays 541 yards from the
blue tees and 529 from the red tees. A scattering of small
Cedar trees may put your accuracy on your drive to the
test. You should also be aware of the small creek that
runs along the right side of the fairway and it has plenty
of trees to obscure a shot to the green. If your drive
happens go right, you may be able to punch through to
the green, around 20-30 yards prior to the dogleg. If
you are hitting from the dog-leg, the fairway is wide
open. There is a small water hazard on the right side.
The green slopes gently to the right, and has a substantial
rise around the left and rear of the green. This green
plays slower than most. |
 |
#C
TEXAS BONUS - This PAR 5 is a pretty
straight shot on a long hole. It plays 463 yards from
the blue tees and 451 from the red tees. You have lots
of open space to tee off on this hole. There are a few
small trees scattered along the fairway, but the shouldn't
pose much of a problem with a decent shot. The approach
shot is pretty basic also (straight and wide). Gentle
rises surround this green. This green is medium speed |
 |
#12
- This PAR 3 is a straight away shot from the tee box.
It plays 227 yards from the blue tees and 185 from the
red tees (It is actually a little bit longer than
the listed distance since the tee box was relocated to
an elevated position). This fairway is open from the
tee box. The fairway does have a slight slope to the right.
The green is in a bowl almost. You have an opening at
the front of the green, and you should use it. If you
land on the sides the rises could cause problems or help
you out with a lucky hop. This green is medium speed. |
 |
#13
- This PAR 3 forces you to clear a small water hazard
from the tee box. It plays 135 yards from the blue tees
and 120 from the red tees This fairway is open from the
tee box. The The green is pretty level, but it does have
a small drop right after the green. You won't have the
rises around the green to contend with on this hole but,
if you happen to overshoot the green have the PW handy.
This green is medium speed. |
 |
#14
- This PAR 4 is a dog-leg right. It plays 254 yards from
the blue tees and 229 from the red tees This fairway is
open from the tee box once you clear the little creek
in front of the tee box. You would be well advised to
lay this shot up as there are some significant trees to
contend with on the right side of the fairway leading
into the approach shot. From the approach point you will
have to bring the accuracy shot home to land on the green.
There is an opening of about 45 yards between tree lines
along the 2nd water hazard you have to clear. The green
is pretty level, but it does have a slope outside of the
green on the right side. This green is medium speed.
|
 |
#15
- This PAR 3 forces you to clear a small water hazard
from the tee box. It plays 171yards from the blue tees
and 156 from the red tees From the tee box you will have
to clear the little low spot that precedes the green.
The green itself is level, but right past the green is
a drop-off that takes you into the brush. This green is
medium speed.
|
 |
#16
- This PAR 3 has a mid-sized water hazard in front of
the tee box. The green is to the right of the fairway,
just past the furthest right tree line. It plays 201 yards
from the blue tees and 181 from the red tees The green
has some mild elevations on the right rear of the green.
It will give you a little challenge for your putting dollar.
This green is medium speed.
|
 |
#17
- This PAR 3 has a mid-sized water hazard in front of
the green. From the blue tees the distance is 176, from
the red tees your distance is 130 yards. The fairway is
pretty wide just prior to the water hazard, then it tightens
up to about a 30 yard gap to shoot for the pin. The green
is on an uphill approach shot, so you might want to aim
past the pin. This green plays fast since it is on a slope
unless you are putting uphill. If that is the cast beware
of the rise in the green. It can make for a 3+ putt experience
if your not careful.
|
 |
#18
- This PAR 3 is the final stretch. Your shooting towards
the parking lot. You may not want to over-power this shot.
You could roll it into the parking lot and end up being
chase around by a crazed guy with a bag full of golf clubs
if you not careful. This shot is pretty open on the fairway,
and results in a nice wind-down from some of our more
challenging holes. It plays 174 yards from the blue tees,
and 154 from the red tees This green has some minor roll-off
on the back side, but other than that it is nice and level.
This green is medium speed.
